WELCOME TO THE RELIGIOUS EDUCATION PROGRAM AT HOLY NAME OF MARY CHURCH
- Classes are held each Sunday morning Mid-September through May at the Parish Center (pictured to the right) from 10:00AM - 11:00AM. A schedule for the year outlining classes is sent home with students.
- Faith formation classes are provided for children in grades 1 through 12.
- All children must be registered before attending class. You may register your child by picking up a form at the church rectory or by downloading one from this site. Completed forms should be mailed to the rectory at Holy Name of Mary Church, 278 S. Main St., Montrose, PA 18801, attention Fran Calafut. If you would like a form mailed to you, please contact the rectory at (570) 278-1504, or call Fran Calafut at (570) 396-5879. Families whose children have previously attended classes will automatically receive a form in the mail.
- If you wish to have your child receive the sacraments of First Holy Communion or Confirmation, they must attend the Faith formation class for the year before the actual sacrament year.
