 PARISH MEMBERSHIP: If you have not registered officially as part of the parish family, please do so by printing out the form below and returning it to the Rectory. You are important to us and; hopefully, we are to you. Registration is a must to qualify for Religious Education programs, our Catholic Schools, the reception of Baptism, First Reconciliation, Communion. Confirmation and Marriage. Testimonial letters are given only to registered, active members.  If you are moving out of the parish, please let us know that also. Please also let us know if you are interested in volunteering for one of our parish ministries.
