Sacramental Life

RITE OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION OF ADULTS (R.C.I.A.) is the official five-stage process the Catholic Church uses to bring adult members Into the Faith. Anyone interested in becomming a part of this process or in obtaining more Information for yourself or someone else please call the Parish Office.


EUCHARIST ADORATION is held each First Friday following the 12:10 Mass concluding with Benediction on Saturday at 8:30 A.M. followed by Mass.


SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM: Baptism is a Sacrament by which the Christian Community welcomes new members. We al Holy Name of Mary Parish offer a program of preparation for parents who will be having children Baptized in Christ. We ask you to contact the Rectory at 276-1504 at least six months in advance to allow sufficient time to plan for meeting dates.


SACRAMENT OF MARRIAGE: Couples contemplating marriage should notify us at least six months before the date on which they wish to marry. This should be done before any other arrangements are made. You must complete the
PreCana prepartation program.


SACRAMENT OF THE ANOINTING OF THE SICK: Urgent calls will be attended to at any time of the day or night.


VISITATION OF THE SICK: Please call the Parish Office for visitation of the sick at home, in the hospital or health care facility


PARISH MEMBERSHIP: If you have not registered officially as part of the parish family, please do it now at the Parish Office. You are important to us and; hopefully, we are to you. Registration is a must to quality for CCD programs, our Catholic Schools, The reception of Baptism, First Reconciliation, Communion. Confirmation and Marriage. Testimonial letters are given only to registered, active members If you are moving out of the parish, please let us know that also.
